Hello all, for those who may not know me, I’m Keith, WO8G. I was first licensed back in 1987 as KB8BOB, and progressed through all of the different license level until I received my Extra back in 2010. I retired from an electric power company after 40 years of service, where I held several different positions, one such job, was to find and fix RFI to radio and TV’s, that was a great job, to which I had the pleasure of meeting several of the local ham radio operators. I have operated many different modes over the years, vhf ssb, hf ssb, slow scan tv as well as fast scan tv, cw, packet, and now hf digital. I also love to operate hf mobile, so keep a look out for a white chevy silverado with antennas on every corner, with a Tarheel screwdriver antenna in the bed of the truck, that will probably be me. Also if you check into the Buffalo net on Thursday night, most likely I will be net control, myself and others have been running this net for nearly 30 years.
Keith, WO8G
